Aber Cottage Guest House offers award-winning accommodation in a beautiful part of Wales. This traditional, stone cottage combines the best of modern amenities along with the original charm and character of the building. The guest house is nestled in the picturesque market town of Dolgellau, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.
We have three guest rooms available, each has been tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure guests have a place to stay that is comfortable, cosy and homely. All rooms feature:

Guests are very welcome to relax in the lounge, where you will find a selection of books, walking guides and games. This is a lovely space to relax at any time of day, whether with your morning brew or sitting in front of the log burner and reflecting on the day’s activities.
Breakfast is included within the room rate and is served from 8.00 am to 9.00 am. If an earlier breakfast is required we are happy to accommodate this, please just let us know the day before. We have a selection of breakfast options available to suit all tastes and appetites.
We are ideally situated in the town and within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, inns and local shops. The guest house is superbly situated near to the mountain of Cadair Idris, the Mawddach trail, and many other walks. Coed-y-Brenin, with its popular forest trails and one of the leading mountain bike centres in Europe, is also nearby.
