Awel Mor is on the seafront to the west of Criccieth Castle at Criccieth. We offer guest house accommodation in this beautiful part of Gwynedd.
We have a range of tastefully furnished bedrooms available, including double, twin and family rooms. All the guest rooms have en suite facilities, a TV, complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms to the front of our Victorian property have spectacular sea views over Cardigan Bay towards Harlech and the mountains beyond.
Our sea facing guest lounge and front patio offers ideal alternative areas where you can sit and read or relax with friends. Enjoy the sea views and perhaps spot a dolphin or two.
In our comfortable dining room, a hearty breakfast is served each morning. Where possible we use fresh locally sourced produce, a great way to start your day.

Nearby attractions include the famous Portmeirion Village, Snowdon Mountain railway, the Ffestiniog Railway and the recently extended Welsh Highland Railway. For beach enthusiasts, Criccieth offers two award-winning beaches separated by the castle or alternatively Abersoch and Black Rock Sands (to name just a few) are just a short drive away.
