Blue Waters Lodge is a family run licensed guest house situated in Paignton, Devon. It is the ideal base to relax and soak up the seaside atmosphere in tranquil surroundings. Our guest house is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful area of Torbay & South Devon.
We have a variety of guest rooms available, all of which are clean, bright and airy providing you with a relaxing space to retreat to at the end of a busy day. We have a luxury 4 poster B&B room, a superior king size, a double and 2 multi way rooms that can be either twin or king size double. Each of the guest rooms includes the following:

Our renowned breakfast is served in our cosy dining room which caters for individuals, couples or family groups. You may wish to relax in our lounge or sit outside in our patio garden and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.
It is only a short walk from our guest house to the many attractions that Paignton has to offer such as the harbour, pier, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre. The beach at Paignton has a Blue Flag Award and is a great place to relax in the summer.
