Seven Acre Corner B&B offers fantastic accommodation, nestled on the edge of woodland on a hill enjoying stunning views over Exmouth. Our guest house in Devon is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Our unique, architecturally designed lodge style house is set within seven acres. Boasting landscaped gardens and pastureland. From the rear of the property, you can enjoy incredible sea views. All of our rooms are tastefully furnished, with each enjoying its own artistic individuality. All the room comes with a flat-screen TV/DVD player, hair dryer, selection of teas, cafetière coffee, biscuits and bottled water.

Settle Down and Sea: This wonderful family room is a suite of 3 rooms comprising of a king room. Guests have private access through large patio doors. The rooms enjoy a delightful tropical-inspired decor and include a number of original paintings by the owner. A fully tiled en suite bathroom is available.

Sea All Ways: This glorious deluxe twin room enjoys stunning views from the beds. The room is light, spacious and comes with its own personal entrance.

A delightful breakfast is served in our guest lounge/diner. The room also has a comfortable lounge suite and a large flat-screen TV/DVD player and full-sized pool table. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the sea view.

You can enjoy lots of beautiful walks directly from us onto Woodbury Common. Excellent attractions/activities in the area include:
