Ivy House Cornwall B&B offers fabulous guest house accommodation in St Austell. Our traditional manor house dates from the 1830s and is perfect for an idyllic holiday in Cornwall.
Our boutique guest house boasts many original features throughout, including spacious rooms and high ceilings, whilst offering modern facilities to suit all your needs. This gorgeous Georgian house also boasts stunning views of St Austell, including the historic parish church and surrounding countryside.
We have 3 beautiful bedrooms available, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep. All the rooms include a range of excellent facilities: a large wardrobe with drawers, a chair and Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk writing desk, an armchair, a luggage rack, a hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, towels, soap, shampoo and body lotion.
Bedroom One: A large bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room enjoys glorious views over the garden.
Bedroom Two: This charming room includes a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room offers wonderful views over the countryside and garden.
Bedroom Three: Our spacious bedroom comes with twin beds with can be made into a large double bed. The room has a basin and the use of a bathroom. The room enjoys delightful views of the town and surrounding countryside.
You can savour a fantastic breakfast in our large dining room which offers antique furniture and collections. We use as much local produce as possible, including some from the garden. We also offer homemade marmalade and locally produced james, plus a variety of homemade products including our delicious pancakes. The room enjoys lovely garden views and during the winter we light the log fire to keep you toasty.
We are in a brilliant location for exploring the local area, with a range of great attractions to see. Visit the renowned Eden Project, home to massive space-like biomes and plants from around the world. Stroll around the magical Lost Gardens of Heligan or visit the charming fishing harbours at Mevagissey and Fowey. Only a short walk away is the St Austell Brewery, famous for making Tribute, Proper Job and Korev beers. Further attractions to visit include:
