Manor Farmhouse is an attractive, spacious and comfortable home in Collingbourne Kingston, which our family has offered traditional farmhouse B&B for more than 20 years, alongside our working arable farm. The family has lived and worked at Manor Farm since 1885.
We currently have three comfortable and spacious B&B rooms available:
"The Rose Room" - King-size Double (En Suite)
"The Master Bedroom" - Super-King size Double / Family (En Suite)
"The Twin Room" - Twin (Private facilities)
All our rooms have:
Tea & coffee making facilities.
Radio alarm clocks.
Complimentary bottled water and biscuits.
Plenty of storage space - both hanging and in drawers.
Full length mirrors.
Pleasant rural views.
Comprehensive guest information folders.
A range of books and magazines.
All our bathrooms have:
Plenty of space - they are proper rooms, not tiny cupboards!
Windows that open.
Pleasant rural views.
Full size enamel bath, basin and toilet facilities. Two have over bath power showers as well.
Dual voltage shaver points.
All our bathrooms are either en suite or private. We have no shared facilities.
Breakfast is taken in the 17th century family dining room. We are happy to provide packed lunches for a small additional charge if ordered the evening before.
We are fortunate in having several excellent local places to dine in the evening. “The Barley Corn” is our local country pub, less than a 2 minute walk and serves a good variety of well priced restaurant and bar meals. A wide range of alternatives from takeaways to top restaurants, lively bars to sleepy pubs, are only a short drive away. We would be pleased to guide you on the various options if you would like some advice.
The small village of Collingbourne Kingston is nestled in the beautiful valley of the River Bourne and is surrounded by the "big skies" and rolling chalk downland for which Wiltshire is famous. We are within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which stretches away to the north and east and adjoins the vast wilderness of Salisbury Plain immediately west of the farm.
