Stud Farm House is on our working farm, at Telscombe near Lewes. We offer a rural retreat for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of modern day living, whilst being within comfortable driving distance of many attractions and places of interest. Our guest rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, with our aim to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The B&B comprises of a twin room and two double rooms, with either en suite or private bathroom facilities. Within the guest rooms you will find:

Hair dryer.
Beverage tray with tea and coffee.
Ironing facilities on request.
Guests have their own spacious guest lounge, where there is a TV and internet access.
Breakfast is included within the room rate and we also offer ‘farm to table’ produce. The sausages used in our full English are home produced and our eggs are from our own hens. We also have a continental option.
Telscombe is a historic and picturesque village, which has been recorded in the Domesday Book. It is nestled at the foot of the South Downs with Telscombe Tye to the South. It houses the ancient church of St Laurence which dates back to the twelfth century. Stud Farm forms part of the village along with the village Hall and houses such as The Manor and the Old Rectory. It has less than 50 inhabitants, therefore still remains quiet and unspoilt.
