Boreham House offers luxurious and award-winning accommodation in the village of Boreham Street. Our guest house near Herstmonceux boasts stunning views of lush countryside. We truly are perfect for an idyllic holiday in this beautiful part of East Sussex.
Our gorgeous Grade II Listed building dates from 1796 and was originally the home of the local apothecary. We are set in 2 1/2 acres which includes a formal walled garden, woodland and field. You savour breathtaking views over the High Weald to the north and over the Pevensey Marshes to the south.
The Woolner Suite: Our spacious suite comes with a super king sleigh bed and looks over the High Weald. The room comes with its own seating area with a comfy leather sofa and winged armchair. The lavish bathroom has a bath and a spacious walk-in shower. This room is ideal for a special getaway.

The Kingswell Room: The room has a double bed and also enjoys sea views. The spacious en suite bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath and large shower.
All the rooms come with high-quality facilities including comfy Vi-Spring beds and mattresses, Egyptian linen and a large flat-screen HD TV. Guests can also relax in the snug and on the landing you will find some delicious freshly homemade baked goods.
We provide a wonderful breakfast menu to give you a great start for the day ahead. We provide fresh juices, porridge, a full English, vegetarian full English and omelette of your choice. All Served with tea and coffee.
