The Farmhouse at Yetholm Mill is an old Georgian farmhouse which offers bed and breakfast accommodation. You will find us in Kirk Yetholm, in the Scottish Borders. St Cuthbert's Way passes the house and the Pennine Way finishes just a short distance away on the village green.
We are perfectly situated for walking breaks, enjoying the countryside, or exploring Kelso, the Borders and Northumberland.
We have two comfortable rooms in the Farmhouse, one with ensuite and one with a private bathroom and we have two rooms in our annexe (which can be self catering) both with ensuite facilities.
Where ever possible our produce will be home grown (organically) or sourced locally. Vegetarian meals always available, please give us notice of any other dietary requirements.
Guests are welcome to wander around the gardens or woodland, and can sit on the terrace soaking up the sun or with a glass of wine watching the wildlife and the glorious sunsets. The view from the terrace is spectacular, as we look out over the Bowmont river valley, and also down the valley towards Kelso.
There is always something to do in the Borders, Northumberland and even Yetholm village.
