We have three beautiful, comfortable rooms available, nestled in a friendly home. All the rooms come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs: tea and coffee facilities, fridge, fan and smart TV with Netflix and DVD player.

Bathrooms provided with Egyptian cotton towels, collection of shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, and hear dryer.
Room 1: En-suite room with super-king size or twin bed, comfortable bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.
Room 2: En-suite room with super-king size or twin bed, comfortable bathroom with electric walk-in shower.
Room 3: En-suite room with super-king size or twin bed, comfortable bathroom with power shower. In this room, possible, add an extra bed for a child.

Downstairs there is a guest's lounge where breakfast served in the morning, and where you can relax at your leisure, read, watch the smart TV (Netflix, Youtube) or play some board games.

We also have clothes drying facilities and a boot room, should the weather prove less than perfect.

Outside our garden is very private and not overlooked by other houses. A small burn runs through the garden creating a natural water feature and making it a beautiful place to relax in the sitting area with a table and chairs, that people enjoy using.

Ardross is located about 20 miles north of the Highland capital Inverness and is in the county of Easter Ross. It lies on the B9176 road that runs between the town of Alness on the Cromarty Firth and the Village of Bonar Bridge on the Dornoch Firth. The road signposted as the "Moray Firth Tourist Route". It is a scenic alternative to the A9 for those travelling up or down the East coast of Scotland. This road is also on the most common Lands' End to John O'Groats route, making us a convenient stopover for those travelling End to End.

For the cyclists, we have a safe storage place for their bikes and option to clean and repair them too. For the evening meals, very convenient is local Take Away services, in the time when you take a shower after the long day, the food will be ready and delivered, and you will be able to enjoy it at your piece in the lounge.
