The Boat House offers comfortable guest accommodation located in the small Highland village of Boat of Garten near Aviemore in Inverness-shire. The guest accommodation is a large detached house set within the Cairngorm National Park and Strathspey.
We offer a range of guest rooms including four poster, double, family and twin rooms. All of the guest rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The bedrooms offer the following:

Flat screen TV with built in CD/DVD player.
Tea & coffee making facilities.
Hairdryer.
There is a fridge, freezer and a microwave available if needed. We also offer a laundry service at a small extra cost.
There is a small lounge that guests are welcome to use. There is comfortable seating, a TV, books and board games. This is a lovely place to relax, enjoy a drink and meet the other guests.

We are also within easy reach of Aviemore and Grantown on Spey where you will find a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Pass available for local leisure facilities and gym on request.
