Kingsley Guest House is situated on the south side of Edinburgh city centre and provides four guest bedrooms that can accommodate singles, couples and families.
Our guest house is a perfect base to explore the city of Edinburgh, a cultural and historical capital with something to offer for every taste, day and night. Kingsley is ideally located to visit Holyrood Palace and the Queens Park, the Royal Observatory, the historic Royal Mile, the Scottish Parliament and the busy Edinburgh shopping streets.
We currently have six letting rooms, including 2 doubles, 1 twin Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk with a private shower room, 1 single and 2 family rooms, one of which sleeps up to 5 people. The rooms are comfortable, clean and are well provided.

Kingsley is also well tee’d up for golfers, surrounded by the luscious greens of Craigmillar Park, Prestonfield, Braids, Duddingston, Liberton and Mortonhall Golf Clubs – all within a 5 mile radius.
