Built as a summer residence in 1870 for the Duke of Argyll, Dungallan Country House is now a 5 star, adult-only guest house. Meticulously restored and recently refurbished, the tasteful interiors were inspired by the house’s grand aristocratic heritage resulting in an elegant, classic Highlands aesthetic filled with quality fabrics and polished finishes.
Located a 10-minute walk from Oban town centre, this is an ideal base for a spot of Scottish island hopping, taking in distillery tours and castles along the way, as well as a welcome retreat after a day on the golf course.
