Manorview B&B is a family run Bed and Breakfast located approximately 2 miles outside Cookstown on the A505 (main Cookstown to Omagh Road) opposite Drum Manor Forest Park and convenient to Cycle Route 95. Manorview Bed and Breakfast is convenient to the local hotels for those attending Weddings, Conferences and Functions etc.

Manorview B&B is ideally situated in the heart of Northern Ireland to act as a base for those wishing to explore the province and for those working in the area.

The Bed and Breakfast has a separate entrance allowing guests flexibility to come and go as they please. Wi-fi is available to guests on request and we also have secure storage for bicycles and motorbikes

Sperrins Room: The Sperrins Room is a spacious room looking into the Sperrins Mountains. The en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over it. This room can also be used as a Family Room with the addition of one or two single beds. A travel cot is also available.

Oaklands Room: The Oaklands Room is a cosy room, looking out at Drum Manor Forest Park. It has an en suite shower room.

Local Area: Drum Manor Forest Park - is the most centrally located forest park in the province, lying south of the Sperrins Mountains and west of Lough Neagh. The park consists of the shell of the Manor House and Tower, the fish ponds, which have a variety of native wildfowl including mute swans, a butterfly garden which is unique to this forest park with a wide variety of wild flowers and shrubs specially grown to attract most of our native butterfly species and 100 acres of woodland with native and exotic tree species. The park is 100 metres from Manorview and is an ideal way to relax.

Rates : £25 per person per night. £40 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
