The Old Craft Barn offers award-winning accommodation in a stunning part of Cumbria. We are midway between the quaint village of Dent and the historic town of Sedbergh, the perfect place for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. Our accommodation is in a stunning part of the country, perfectly located for visiting the Lake District and the Western Dales.
Our 5 star bed and breakfast has 3, well appointed en suite guest rooms. They have all been individually designed and finished to the highest of standards. Room facilities include:

There are binoculars, books, games, maps and local information together with Joe’s interesting collection of antique tools and dairy equipment which often spark off a conversation!
Breakfast is included within the room rate and is cooked fresh to order. Make your choice from the buffet table, followed by a wholesome Dales breakfast, chosen from our tempting menu. In the afternoon, why not return to the B&B and relax in the garden. We can provide you with tea and scones, allowing you to rest, relax, replenish and soak up the clean country air.
Dentdale is often said to be the most hidden and appealing of all of the Yorkshire Dale. Perfect for walking, (The Dalesway) cycling (The Lakes & Dales Loop) and indeed motoring. The area really does have something for everyone and is just waiting to be explored.
