Glen Rothay & Badger Bar is a charming country inn based in a perfect Lake District location, next to a lake, surrounded by towering mountains and trees. The Inn is in Rydal near Ambleside in Cumbria, and dates back to 1624. The hotel provides superior and standard rooms for guests, and several large family rooms. The Glen Rothay & Badger Bar is located by some of the best walks in the Lake District and Ambleside and Grasmere are close by. Ambleside has many attractions and activities such as the Windermere Lake Cruises, Galava roman fort, fellwalking, mountain biking, and lots more.
