Newburgh House offers outstanding accommodation in Coxwold. Our beautiful and elegant stone house near York is nestled behind a carefully manicured topiary hedge in a tranquil location, perfect for a memorable getaway. We are a great base for exploring a range of attractions in North Yorkshire.
Upon entering Newburgh’s reception area, you will experience a calm and relaxed atmosphere. From the book-lined sitting room with its traditional furnishings to the stunning handmade beds, we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and enjoy a homely feel. You choose from a range of twin, double and deluxe rooms. For a truly indulgent experience, you stay in our deluxe super king double suite. It also has a large en suite bath and shower room. All the rooms include a hospitality tray, homemade treats, TV, DVD player, radio, hair dryer, fluffy white towels, bathrobes and luxury toiletries. Newby, Nunnington and Beningbrough Halls and Castle Howard are also nearby. You can enjoy a leisurely day out exploring one of the local markets, including Thirsk, Helmsley and Easingwold. Slightly further afield you will find the East Coast resorts of Scarborough, Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay.
