The Fountains Guest House is a beautifully furnished guest house in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation for both business and leisure guests. We provide a place where guests can rest and relax, before setting off and exploring this lovely corner of England.
On arrival at Fountains, all guests are given a comprehensive folder as a guide; providing detailed information on everything from fabulous family-owned cafes, restaurants and shops, to the stunning Valley Gardens, Royal Baths and Pump Rooms. The folder will give you fantastic tips for excursions and places to visit in the area local to us
Our elegant guest house offers 10 bedrooms, all of which have been tastefully decorated and furnished. Room amenities include:

Every morning, breakfast is served between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. Alongside this, there is a selection of juices to enjoy, before selecting something from our cooked menu option. Please advise when booking if you have any special dietary requirements. We are more than happy to create something that is not on the menu. We offer an endless supply of perfectly toasted local breads, butter, jams and marmalades. You can also enjoy as much coffee and tea as you like.
We would encourage every guest to enjoy the beautiful town of Harrogate. Our guesthouse is situated just a 5-minute walk from the town centre, making it easily accessible without the hassle of having to move your vehicle. Further afield, Knaresborough, Ripon and York are all worthy of a day exploring. In addition to these, Harewood House, Fountains Abbey and Ripley Castle are all spectacular too for those interested in the history of the area.
