Welcome to our home. Our magnificent Victorian property in Crook, at the heart of County Durham, is perfect for a luxurious holiday in a beautiful part of the country.
We have three elegant and tastefully furnished rooms available, ideal for a tranquil and relaxing stay. Each room boasts a range of excellent facilities, including: hair dryer, adaptor with 2 x USB charging points, hot drinks tray including ground coffee, home-made biscuits and fresh milk, hot-water bottle, smart TV, underfloor heating in the bathroom, luggage rack, multi-extension lead - and probably the world’s best room booklet.
The Pink Room: This indulgent double room comes with a king size bed and sumptuous en suite bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The Green Room: This gorgeous en suite room enjoys stunning views over Crook and the Weardale Hills. The room can be configured with twin beds or with a super-king size bed.
The Red Room: This charming room with a king-size bed has a splendid en suite shower room.
You will savour a delicious breakfast in our dining room, seated around our Georgian breakfast table. To start, we offer a selection of fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, juices and porridge. Our home-made (indeed, home-grown) jams, marmalades, compotes and apple juice add a special touch.
