Located in a rural setting, just a 10 minute drive from the historic village of Blarney and within a short distance of Cork, Ireland's second city, making it an ideal base from which to explore the South-West area.
On arrival, our guests are welcomed by your host Cecilia with a cup of tea or coffee accompanied by our home baking. Cecilia prides herself on her traditional Irish baking and is always happy to share her favourite recipes with guests.
Our guest accommodation consists of three spacious guest bedrooms. All on ground level with en-suite bathrooms. Each room offers TV, complementary Wi-Fi internet access, tea/coffee making facilities and all those little extras to make your stay enjoyable.
Guests can relax in the comfortable lounge - an ideal place for reading, relaxing or perhaps planning your next day exploring the Cork/Kerry area.
In the morning enjoy our varied breakfast menu,incorporating a traditional Irish breakfast of locally sourced produce with freshly baked breads, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, Cecilia's speciality American style French toast served with warm cinnamon apple puree, chilled fruit juices, organic yoghurt, fruit, cereals and freshly brewed tea and coffee to set you up for the day.
There are numerous activities available in Co Cork to suit almost all ages and interests. From the very energetic to the slightly slower pace we are sure you will find everything you want within 1-2 hours drive, or 50 - 100 miles, in any direction.
