Abbot’s Haye Guest House boasts wonderful bed and breakfast accommodation in a building with a rich history. Our guest house located just outside the Staffordshire town of Cheadle offers beautifully appointed interiors and a great base to explore the county or for those visiting Alton Towers.
Abbot’s Haye's roots are anchored firmly in England's Tudor past, with both the Georgians and the Victorians extending the property to form the country house as it stands today. There are four large family rooms and two double rooms, all en suite and decorated to the highest standards. Some of the larger rooms can accommodate extra "put you up" single beds and cots. All rooms have a television and hospitality trays.
Our property is today the country home of the Piers-Leake family, standing in six acres of Staffordshire and providing ample off road parking. The Piers-Leake family have opened the doors of Abbot's Haye to the public as a fine country guest house.
Abbot's Haye's close proximity to Alton Towers with its superior amusement park and fine gardens (please check the Alton Towers website for opening days/times). There are also plenty of other attractions and places of interest in the area including:
Walks along the canal.
Great historic and cultural architecture and buildings.
The potteries with its history of fine china production.
Numerous other attractions that only Staffordshire can offer, make Abbot's Haye the ideal centre for a break away from the more hectic side of life.
