Situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Old Luxters is the proud location of 'Chiltern Valley Wines', featuring its own Vineyard, Winery, Brewery, Liqueur production and a cellar shop. Since the first vines were planted in 1982 on the Chiltern Hills slopes, surrounded by beech woodland and overlooking the picturesque Hambleden Valley near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, the Ealand family has owned and operated Old Luxters.
We also offer bed and breakfast accommodation, so you can choose to stay over whilst visiting our vineyard for a tour & tasting session.
Pool House Room: Our most luxurious accommodation, secluded at the garden's end with views over the Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk vineyard. This room features a king-sized bed, heated towel rail, and electric heater for cosy winter stays. It's equipped with a large wardrobe, bedside tables, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee-making facilities, including a Nespresso machine and fresh milk, are provided. Exclusive access to the private outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna is included. (Available Monday to Thursday).
Vineyard View: This room offers stunning views over the vineyard and Hambleden Valley. The spacious bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower. Amenities include a TV, fridge, fresh milk and tea and coffee facilities. The inviting king-sized bed is perfect after a day of touring and tasting.
Orchard View: Overlooking our cobbled courtyard and apple orchard, this room features a large bedroom with extensive cupboard space and an extra basin. The en-suite bathroom includes a bath, shower and large heated towel rail. A fridge, fresh milk, and tea and coffee facilities enhance your stay. The king-sized bed awaits after your vineyard adventures.
Barn View: Facing our 18th-century barn and cobbled courtyard, this room offers a double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a distinctive brick and flint feature wall. Though lacking a wardrobe, there is ample drawer space. A fridge, fresh milk, and tea and coffee facilities are provided.
Garden View: Enjoy lovely views over our gardens and the valley beyond. This large bedroom features an inviting king-sized bed and a shower en-suite with a heated towel rail. Amenities include a TV, fridge, fresh milk, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
