The Balmoral is a family friendly guest house, located on the Southern Promenade of Skegness. We are only a 3 minute walk from the town centre and an ideal base for those who want an enjoyable break way to Lincolnshire.

Skegness Rail Station is a 10 minute walk from the Balmoral. The Embassy Theatre and Skegness Pier can be reached after a 5 minute walk. By day and by night whatever the time of year, the number of attractions Skegness and surrounding areas have to offer is simply overwhelming your only problem will be deciding what to do first.
