Keddington House offers outstanding guest house accommodation in Louth. Our traditional guest house in Lincolnshire is set in its own large gated grounds and is ideal for a memorable getaway.
Our delightful guest house is great for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. We have extensive on-site parking, mature gardens and a large seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool.

All the rooms have a TV, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms have been designed to offer the most comfortable experience possible.
In the morning we serve a fantastic English breakfast to set you up for a day of sightseeing. We cook breakfast to order and use only the best local produce.
Our sitting rooms offer tranquil areas to unwind in after a day of seeing the area’s best attractions.
This beautiful Georgian market town has lots of foodie hot spots, including the weekly markets and wonderful restaurants. In town, you can visit St James’ Church, home to the tallest parish spire in the country. Just outside of town lies Hubbard’s Hills, a steeped-sided chalk valley that is great for walkers.
