Granta House is an Edwardian family home offering bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet location in the south west of Cambridge. We are ideally situated being well within walking distance of city centre with its wonderful historic buildings, Colleges, Departments, University Library and river.
Only one and a half miles from the M11 junction 12 and also 500yds from the well known Grantchester Meadows with great walks along the river to the picturesque village of Grantchester where the English poet Rupert Brook lodged at the Vicarage while a student at Cambridge.
Take refreshments at the famous Orchard Tea Rooms which includes a museum in the grounds on the history of the village and Rupert Brook.
There are two light and airy rooms with shared bathroom, one double/family room and one single overlooking the garden at the back of the house so it is nice and quiet.
