Auberge du Val is an award winning restaurant with rooms. We are set within three acres of beautiful gardens and wooded valley in St Saviour on the Isle of Guernsey. Our restaurant is open to both residents and non residents.

Our restaurant is very popular so we do advise guests to book if they would like to dine with us. We pride ourselves on the quality of the food we serve. It is freshly prepared daily and to order, complemented by our modestly priced wine list. We are lucky to have many of the finest ingredients on our doorstep; our own gardens supplement the local supplies of fresh vegetables and herbs. Guernsey is renowned for its seafood: Lobster, crab, scallops, bass and turbot. We serve a popular 3 course set lunch menu, an á la carte dinner menu and a Sunday lunch with roast from the special black board. Vegetarians are easily catered for.
