The Old Vicarage offers B&B accommodation situated on the North Pembrokeshire coastline at Moylegrove. We are just a stones throw from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
We have five guest bedrooms - all are light and airy without a hint of chintz. Our beds are hand made and are extremely comfortable super kings (they can be made into twin beds if you prefer) made up with crisp white cotton and vintage Welsh wool. We have flat screen televisions in all rooms with Freeview and free WIFI if you need to keep in touch with the outside world. Fresh coffee, Tea pigs tea, filtered Welsh water & organic milk are always available in your room, always replenished daily. We can also provide almond milk, soya milk, oat milk or brown rice milk on request. Our bathrooms all have showers, heated towel rails and plenty of fluffy white towels. Myddfai Welsh toiletries will add a little something special to your stay.
Our rooms have beautiful views, some across the gardens to the sea and others across the rolling hills behind the house. We have sourced beautiful original local artwork and photography for the house, all of which is available to buy for our guests.
If you would like to bring your four legged friends along with you, you are more than welcome. There are lots of beautiful dog friendly beaches close by and just as importantly pet friendly cafes, pubs & restaurants. We have a large garden that you are more than welcome to use, but please keep in mind that children and other guests like to use it too so please clean up after your pets (bins are provided). We also have free range chickens who provide some of the most delicious eggs Ė with this in mind, if your dog is likely to get a little too over friendly with them we request that you keep them on a lead whilst in the garden.
Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am. If you would prefer to eat earlier that is absolutely fine, just give Meg a little notice, as she is chief cook, washer upper and waitress. Our breakfasts are all locally sourced and as seasonal as possible, we combine as many home grown, organic and home made ingredients as possible.
If you would like supper, please give Meg at least 24 hours notice. Supper will be served after 7pm normally, but can be earlier or later if requested. If the weather is nice, catching a beautiful sunset whilst enjoying some al fresco dining is a perfect end to your day.
We are now fully licensed and so have a selection of wines, spirits and local beers from Bluestone Brewery to offer as well as a great selection of soft drinks. Just let us know what you fancy when youíre here. There is nothing quite like sitting outside on a summer evening watching the sun go down with a glass of something delicious or in the winter snuggling up in front of a roaring open fire with a good book or perhaps a game of chess.
We would argue there is no where better to spend your precious holiday time... itís where we spend all of ours! From stunning, award winning beaches that stretch for miles to an unrivalled coastal path, and inland towards ancient mountains, mythical lakes and wooded valleys steeped in legend, Pembrokeshire is one of the most beautiful landscapes on earth. We will help you with any aspect of your trip, from planning walks and tours to recommending places for lunch and dinner, and in the mean time you can keep up with any news and upcoming events right here.
