Cartref Guest House is a beautiful guest house is in the picturesque seaside village of Aberdovey (Aberdyfi) in Gwynedd making it ideally situated to explore the Snowdonia National Park and the mountains, lakes and coast of Mid/North Wales.

If you prefer to do things at a more leisurely pace, then hop aboard the Cambrian Coast Railway, where you can enjoy spectacular scenery from the comfort of your seat. The line runs through Aberdovey all the way to Pwllheli on the Lleyn Peninsula or going in the opposite direction alongside the beautiful Dovey estuary to Machynlleth. The station is just across the road from Cartref.
