The 4 star guest rooms are en suite and include Wi-Fi internet access, TV & tea/coffee making facilities. All guests receive their own car parking space.

A selection of cereals is available each morning, we ask that you please help yourselves to these as well as a choice of juice, yoghurt and fresh fruit. This should keep you going until your cooked breakfast arrives.

Exeter is the Roman capital city of Devon and allows access to unspoiled coastal regions such as Sidmouth, Exmouth, Beer and Seaton. The City of Exeter was founded by the Romans almost 2000 years ago, making it one of the oldest cities in England. By the year 200 AD, a massive wall was built to protect and defend the city, although repaired and rebuilt much of it can be seen today. Exeter is also ideally placed to base a trip to places such as the famous Dartmoor National Park and the unspoilt beaches along the coastline.

Devon is a county with a long coastline, the south coast ranges from the genteel town of Budleigh Salterton to the bustling fishing port of Brixham. The north coast is windswept and dramatic. Tintagel, where King Arthur is reputedly to have built his castle, whereas Clovelly has quaint cottages and an attractive harbour.
