Trenona Farm is a farm of some 250 acres offering B&B accommodation located outside of Ruan High Lanes near Truro, Cornwall. The farm has 300 beef cattle and 80 acres of cereal crops. Guests staying in the bed and breakfast are welcome to see the animals and to explore the countryside using the footpath network to the coast (3 miles) or inland.
The farmhouse offering bed and breakfast accommodation was constructed in the Victorian era (approx 1850).
There are four bed and breakfast guest bedrooms, all of which are double/family rooms sleeping up to four people. One double room have recently been refurbished and upgraded. The rooms at the B&B all have tea/coffee making facilities, digital TV's, clock radios, fridges and individual keys.
One room has en suite facilities with bath, shower, WC and hand basin; two of the rooms are also en suite with electric showers, WC's and hand basins and the fourth has an adjacent private bathroom with bath, shower, WC and hand basin. All bathrooms have electric shaver points.
Downstairs there is a guest lounge with television and board games for the family to enjoy throughout the day. There is a separate dining room where a full English or continental breakfast is served on the large antique dining table.
Guests may enjoy the garden and patio area which comes with a picnic bench.
The Roseland Peninsula is centrally located in Cornwall, on the South Coast, and is surrounded by rolling countryside and long sandy beaches. The area boasts many attractions, restaurants & pubs and activities, and is excellent for those keen on walking holidays. The Roseland Peninsula's mild climate makes visiting the area appealing all year round.
