Grange Bank House Bed and Breakfast is in the heart of the old village of Shanklin, one of the most beautiful villages on the Isle of Wight. We are a short walk from vintage old thatched tea rooms, traditional pubs and local attractions and some really great restaurants.
Built in the Victorian era with many original features preserved, we combine a friendly and relaxing ambience with modern comforts and period elegance. All guest rooms are en suite, tastefully furnished and offer high standards of modern comfort with individual character and charm. You can choose from double, twin or single rooms plus our 'Companion Suite' - ideal for friends or family travelling together. There are two ground floor rooms available, however there are three steps up to the front door.

But we aim to help guests feel comfortable and safe during their stay and enjoy some real Island hospitality.
Grange Bank House is close to Ventnor, Sandown, Bembridge and St Hellens and about a 20-minute drive from Newport and Ryde with Yarmouth and the Needles being around 40 minutes’ drive. There are some fantastic walks along the beach and cliff paths where views will never cease to amaze you and plenty to keep you occupied all year round on this proper Jurassic coast line.
