The Arosa is a quiet, family owned and operated bed and breakfast establishment, situated in Bexhill on Sea's Edwardian conservation area. We provide clean, comfortable and competitively priced accommodation, all supported by friendly staff who's aim is to provide a four star service.
We supply a traditional English breakfast with hot or cold beverages or a variety of breakfast cereals and fresh fruit as an alternative, should you prefer. We can also provide a slightly more economical option of accommodation on a “room only” basis, should you wish.
Being centrally located in the town we are just a stone's throw from the seafront, shops, railway station, bus station and all other amenities.
Within the town you will find numerous banks, building societies, cash points and Post Office, all conveniently situated for your use. Additionally there is a choice of restaurants, wine bars, cafe's and public houses, not to mention some of the best “five star” fish and chip restaurants in the area.
Public car parking facilities are also available at the De La Warr Pavillion which is located less that 100 yards from us.
All guest rooms are centrally heated, spacious and comfortably furnished. Most bedrooms have en-suite facilities with private bath or shower and toilet. All bedrooms have a colour television, radio, hair dryer, hospitality tray containing tea, coffee and the making facilities, fresh bottled water and biscuits. A wash hand basin is fitted in all rooms.
There is also a ground floor en-suite room as well as two budget family rooms with shared bath/shower and toilet which can accommodate families of three and four respectively.
Clean, fresh towels and toiletries are provided. Ironing facilities are available upon request.
Anyone who enjoys a different kind of resort will warm to Bexhill-on-Sea. Balmy weather, pretty beaches and a refreshing air of tranquility make this delightful town on the Sussex Coast something of a find. Tucked beetween Eastbourne and Hastings along 4 miles of unpolluted seashore and in the midst of historic 1066 country, it offers a quiet charm missing from many louder and brasher resorts.
Tingling sea air, graceful Edwardian architecture, a sweeping promenade where you can stroll to your heart's content - all mingle with a gentle and unhurried pace that is much loved by residents and tourists.
