Oaklands Bed & Breakfast offers comfortable B&B accommodation located in the village of Laurieston near the town of Falkirk in Stirling. The bed and breakfast retains many period features including beautiful magnificent stained glass windows.
There are a total of three guest bedrooms at the B&B that are all furnished to a high standard and all boast original Scottish prints. All three of the guest bedrooms offer the following:

The Blue Room is located at the back of the B&B and boasts views to the River Forth. This room offers a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en suite bathroom with a WC, wash basin and shower.
The Family Room is a bright and spacious room that offers a double bed and a single bed, a cot and also be fitted into this room if needed. The room has views over the front and side gardens of the B&B and also has an en suite with WC, wash basin and shower.
The Twin Room contains two single beds and has direct access to the main bathroom that is furnished to a high standard. Guests staying in this room have exclusive use of the bathroom. The Twin Room has views to the River Forth, the Ochil Hills and of the back garden.
The living room in the bed and breakfast has some original Scottish landscape paintings of the tiny clifftop fishing village of Catterline. Guests are welcome to relax in the living room during their stay.
Breakfast is served in the dining room where guests will have a choice of cooked and continental options. All of the food is cooked fresh to order and served to guests on the ten inch long Victorian oak dining table that dates back to the 1880s.
Oaklands Bed & Breakfast is one of the best places to stay near to the town of Falkirk and is ideally situated for city and rural pursuits. Keen walkers will love the area as there are numerous walks including canal walks and country park walks.
