Benvrackie B&B is a contemporary bed and breakfast situated in the hamlet of East Haugh, just a short drive or walk from Pitlochry. Pitlochry has long been a hub for travellers to the Highlands and the local folk offer a warm Scottish welcome to visitors.
Benvrackie has three guest bedrooms, each is decorated individually to ooze charm and character; doubles boast king-size beds, and the twin two singles, the designer en-suites have powerful showers a selection of Pure Scottish Island toiletries. For your relaxation these rooms each have an iPod docking station, radio alarm clock and LED Televisions. Your hospitality tray includes teas, coffee and water, along with delicious home made highland shortbread and biscuits. Fresh milk is always available, just ask.
We believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, at Benvrackie it is served in our light and welcoming breakfast room. Most of our Breakfast produce is produced locally and our Eggs come from our own Free Range Hens.
With two distilleries nearby (Bellís and Edradour), the dam and fish ladder, the Festival Theatre (affectionately known as the theatre in the hills), a Hidden Gem golf course, walks and cycle routes, and plenty of shops and restaurants, there is something for everyone in nearby Pitlochry. A short distance from Pitlochry, set in hundreds of acres of magnificent parkland, stands Blair Castle, the home of the Dukes of Atholl and, as a result of the extensive planting done by the early Dukes, this part of Perthshire is known, for very good reason, as Big Tree Country!
