Beauly is the gateway to Glen Affric, Strathglass and Glen Urquhart. Inverness is a fifteen minute drive away and Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle is just thirty minutes away. The local area offers renowned walks, fishing, golf and distilleries. Rogie Falls at Contin and Reelig Glen, by Moniack Castle, offer wonderful walks and are a ten minute drive from Caberfeidh.
Beauly has an attractive village square and contains many services including a bakery, deli, café, greengrocer, general stores, clothing stores, tweed house, ironmongers, chemist, petrol station, post office, restaurants and pubs. Beauly also has a train station on the North Highland lines.
