The Old Station offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation located just outside of Stravithie near Saint Andrews in Fife. The B&B accommodation boasts 6 delightful en suite bedrooms in the house including a ground floor garden room and two luxury suites in our old railway carriage.
There are numerous bedrooms at the bed and breakfast all of which have their own theme and offer the following:

Guests can also stay in the Old Railway Carriage where there are two deluxe suites that each have a double bedroom with en suite shower room, lounge and outdoor deck area. This is the perfect choice for honeymooners, those celebrating a special occasion or those seeking something different.
Guests are welcome to use the large lounge area during their stay; this room has a real log burning fire, library, snooker/pool table, DVD's and a cabinet full of crystal glasses and bottle openers so feel free to bring in a bottle of wine or a wee scotch whiskey to enjoy either by the fire or while enjoying a game of snooker.
The Old Stations is set in two acres of land that guests are welcome to explore.
Before heading off to one of St Andrews golf courses you can try out our very own green and sand bunker. The grounds also contain a pond which, during the spring and summer months is home to some small wildlife and is an excellent retreat to relax in the warm sunshine.
There are many places to visit in the local area including visiting one of the many beaches such as Kingsbarns Beach which stretches for two miles and is backed by extensive sand dunes that are lovely to explore. Tentsmuir National Nature Reserve and Eden Estuary Local Nature Reserve can be easily reached where there are a range of plants, birds, insects and other animals.
