Killean Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is located in the beautiful town of Inveraray in the Argyll and Bute region of Scotland. Although no longer a working farm our B&B accommodation still retains many of the characteristics, not least of all the wonderful scenery that surrounds the house and the approach up the drive.
Our B&B has five en suite rooms, all decorated and equipped to a high standard. The bedrooms include 3 doubles, a single and a twin room to choose from.
After a comfortable nights’ sleep you can enjoy breakfast served in the conservatory. We cater for most peoples’ tastes, the most popular breakfast being the traditional Scottish breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausages and tomato.
Killean Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is ideally situated en route to the Kintyre peninsula, where you can take the ferry to Islay to sample the "peaty amber nectar" the very special whisky unique to the island. We are also well situated for journeys to the outer isles. The ferry port of Oban, the gateway to the Islands, is an hour away.
Being centrally situated Killean is a great place to start touring. You could stay here and tour without the need to retrace your steps either by car or by foot for a week or more. The historic town of Inveraray, 4 miles away, has a special charm and is of great interest.
