The Ardyne Guest House is a beautiful Victorian villa with many of the original period features that add to the authentic atmosphere. The guest house is only a few minutes’ drive from the ferry terminal in Rothesay on the Isle of Bute.
Our 10 bedrooms at the guest house have been refurbished to a high standard and are equipped with TV and DVD players, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and the house is Wi-Fi enabled.
Rooms 1, 3, 7 & 8: These rooms are all twin or super king. They are at the rear of the bed and breakfast accommodation with views over the garden and are Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk all are en suite.
Room 2: This is a twin room with en suite facilities.
Room 4: This is a single room on the first floor which has a sea view and an en suite.
Room 5: Also on the first floor of the guest house, this is a large room which can be a twin or super king. It boasts a bay window overlooking Rothesay Bay and has an en suite shower room.
Room 6 & 9: These rooms are both either twin or super king and have a sea view with an en suite bath and shower.
Room 10: A king size room on the second floor, it has a large bay window overlooking the bay with a separate dressing room and an en suite with a bath and shower.
The rooms at the B&B do vary in size but all are en suite and a good number have stunning views. Those facing the garden are very quiet and if you choose a sea view you will have amazing views of Rothesay Bay and the Cowal Hills Beyond.
There are many things to do and see on the Isle of Bute. Visit Scalpsie Bay and view its large population of seals or take a short walk, cycle or drive and view the abundance of wildlife. The Community Forest in the north of the island is registered as a Special Scientific Interest site due to its bio-diversity. Stay at our guest house to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Bute with its grand architecture and glorious gardens.
