Aberconwy House in Betws-y-Coed is a family run 4 star guest house. Situated on the hillside overlooking the village of Betws-y-coed, yet only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of the village, Aberconwy House is a guest house that has stunning views over Betws-y-coed and the Gwydyr Forest.
We have nine guest rooms, 4 with views across the Snowdonia National Park. Our bedrooms have recently been refurbished to provide you with a contemporary, clean and stylish stay. Most of our rooms now have brand new shower en suites, and we supply white bedlinen, fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries. All of our rooms have comfortable King Size beds with the exception of Rooms 2 and 7 which can be made into a Super King/twin room depending on your requirements and Room 8 is a suite that can accommodate a family or a group of friends.
We enjoy looking after you at Aberconwy House, from walkers to cyclists, holidaymakers and honeymooners, we aim to make your stay here warm and comfortable.
For those sunny afternoons we have a front terrace where you can unwind after the rigours of walking, sightseeing, cycling, train riding, surfing, zip lining, castle hunting or just relaxing.
We aim to provide you with a delicious breakfast from locally sourced produce. We also specialise in breakfasts for vegetarians and vegans and can cater for any dietary requirements with advanced notice. We serve locally sourced sausages and bacon, local free range eggs and local yoghurts. To compliment your breakfast we serve a selection of fresh juices, teas and cafetieres of delicious coffee.
Nearby is Swallow Falls, Conwy Falls and The Fairy Glen and further afield the majestic Snowdon and the stunning Ogwen Valley. A 30 minute drive takes you towards the coast and the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno with the Great Orme and its stunning views along the North Coast of Wales. Across the estuary is the walled town of Conwy with is World Heritage site Castle and its array of independent shops and restaurants.
