Sutton Park B&B offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation located close to South Shore in Blackpool, Lancashire. The B&B is located half way between Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach, and right in the middle of Central and South Pier. We are 50 yards from the beach and St Chad's tram stop at the top of the road.
There are a range of guest rooms available including standard double, budget, superior twin and superior king rooms. We have 2 family suites which comprise of 2 rooms (with an interconnecting door) with 4ft wide bunks in the children's room. These bunks will sleep children up to the age of 16. If you have more than 2 young children who can share, please telephone to book as this is discretionary. There is a free water cooler on the first floor landing for the benefit of all guests.

A full English breakfast is served buffet style in the dining room, together with cereals, pastries, fruit, fruit juice and yoghurt. The hotel also has a comfortable licensed bar serving beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
The famous Blackpool Tower is somewhere you should visit during your stay. You can see the magnificent views from the top whilst standing one hundred and fifty eight metres above the town. Blackpool also has its very own zoo where you can see numerous different species and learn about their different habitats. Great attractions to visit include:
