Dales House Bed and Breakfast offers outstanding accommodation in the charming market town of Hawes. We are a great base for exploring a range of fantastic attractions in North Yorkshire.
Our magnificent 200-year-old, Grade II Listed building has been beautifully refurbished to offer high-quality accommodation. We have six brand new furnished rooms available, including queen, king and double beds. The rooms come with gorgeous cushioned windows seats, perfect for relaxing on with a cup of coffee while enjoying views over the market square. All the rooms include the finest bedding, flat-screen TV with smart TV and complimentary coffee, Yorkshire tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

Cotterdale: Based on the top floor, the room enjoys stunning views over Stags Fell and the market square. Comes with a lavish four-poster bed and en suite bathroom with a bath.
Nidderdale Bedroom: Charming double room with a private bathroom which enjoys glorious countryside views.
Swaledale Bedroom: Sleeps 3 and has superb views over the marketplace.
Wensleydale: Elegant rooms which can be made as a double or twin and includes a Velux window.
You savour a delicious home-cooked full Yorkshire breakfast while staying with us. We serve breakfast in the delightful dining area and offer generous, locally sourced portions of 2 rashes of the finest bacon, 2 wholesome sausages, 2 free-range eggs, grilled tomato, fresh mushrooms, beans, toast and local jam served tea, coffee and fresh juice.
