There are numerous historical and archaeological sites to visit and the scenery on route will take your breath away. Your host Therese O’Neill will be your advisor on where and how to visit these locations. There is a restaurant in the village within walking distance from us.
Eyeries Village, one of the location used in the filming of Deirdre Purcell’s novel ‘Falling for a Dancer’ is only a minute away. Castletownbere, Ireland’s largest white fishing port is just five miles and you can watch the trawlers unload their catch, before sampling the delights in one of the many fine restaurants in the town or throughout the peninsula.
