The Dial House is a lovely Tudor style property situated in the Headington area of Oxford, in the historic county of Oxfordshire. The accommodation has a large and well maintained garden in a typical English style, which is open to our guests for various summer events.
The lounge and most of rooms benefit from the view of this beautiful garden and children are welcome to play in it.
The Dial House has eight spacious en suite rooms that have Wi-Fi internet access. They are furnished individually in a style appropriate for the setting. Most rooms benefit from a view over the large garden.
The property is located within an easy walking distance from Oxford city centre, and a 7 minute walk to hospitals and to Oxford Brookes University. There are frequent bus services to the City Centre from the doorstep of the House. A coach stop to London, or airports, is within 5 minutes walking distance from the House, and the coach service to London is every 10 minutes. It takes just over 1 hour to reach Marble Arch in London.
Guests are served with English breakfast, although other styles of breakfast are also available upon request (with advance notice). There are a plenty of cafés, shops, bars and different styles of restaurants around the House within a 2 to 5 minutes walking distance.
The Dial House is situated in an excellent central location of Oxford on a main road with easy access to London (buses every 10 minutes; journey to London approximately 1 hour), Heathrow airport (buses every 30 minutes with 50 minutes journey), Bath (1 hour train journey), Cotswolds and the Chilterns. There are also direct coach services to Cambridge and Stantstead airport from Oxford.
