The Yew Tree offers comfortable guest accommodation located in the village of Preston on Wye near Hereford in Herefordshire. The guest accommodation is beautiful inn offering a range of drinks and meals.
Guests can stay in the bunkhouse that sleeps up to four people on two bunk beds. The bunkhouse is located adjacent to the inn making it private and secluded. The bedroom has the following facilities.
Guests have the use of a one level wet room where there is a shower, toilet and wash basin.
As well as breakfast guests can enjoy dining in the restaurant at lunch and dinner time. There is a range of food available including sirloin steak, homemade curry, homemade soup as well as a range of home cooked specials on the specials board.
As well as delicious meals we also offer a range of great drinks including real ale straight from the cask, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Our guest accommodation is in a great location and is very popular with those who enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing and fishing.
Guests can reach Hay-on-Wye within half an hour where there are a range of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to visit. The town is also an excellent base for serious walking with two national trails, the Offa’s Dyke path and the Wye Valley trail passing through the town and the protected countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park on its doorstep.
