A modern detached family home built in 1985. No.49 Southwold bed and breakfast could not be better positioned to visit and explore all that Southwold has to offer! Easily found on the A1095 - although set away from the road two comfortable letting bedrooms provide everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable break away.

Rooms available all year round and closed only for Christmas and New Year, the flexible double/twin rooms are fully certified and regulated and are ideal for any type of visit.

One with en-suite facilities and one with a private bathroom, whether on business or attending for more leisurely purposes, bedrooms are modern and clean and tidy in their nature with a charming warm homely ambience.

Kingsize Double/Twin Room Number One:
This double room has a zip and link bed offering either king or twin beds. En-suite bathroom, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, towels provided and hairdryer.

Kingsize Double/Twin Room Number Two:
This double room has a zip and link bed offering either king or twin beds. Shower and private bathroom, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, towels provided and hairdryer.

En-suite bathroom with one double bedroom and private shower room with the other double bedroom.

In the morning guests have a range of breakfasts favourites to choose from. Everything from fresh fruit and juice on to cereal and light options or more hearty full English options or vegetarian alternative help residents start the day in the best possible fashion.

Offering a full English breakfast of 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 hash browns, baked beans, poached egg, tea, coffee and toast. A cooked vegetarian alternative or continental breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal, prunes and grapefruit.

Only half a mile away from Southwold where various pubs, restaurants and takeaways are easily found, the surrounding area provides a great holiday location. Joining the seafront attractions, pier and lighthouse, nearby there are various walking and bird watching opportunities especially at Minsmere Nature Reserve. Adnams Brewery in Southwold is also particularly popular with those who enjoy a pint or two!
