Cliff Farmhouse, nestled in the charming village of Old Hunstanton on the picturesque North Norfolk Coast, serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the region's unique sandy beaches, magnificent stately homes, nature reserves, renowned hiking trails, extraordinary bird-watching opportunities and a plethora of award-winning dining establishments and pubs.
Our establishment features three luxurious boutique bed and breakfast suites, each exquisitely designed and adorned in a contemporary classic style. Beyond being sumptuous en-suite bedrooms, our suites offer an exceptional experience with separate sitting areas and inviting dining spaces for your private breakfast enjoyment.
The two newly introduced suites in the cottage are christened the Besley Suite and Wallis Suite, paying homage to our mothers' maiden names. The third suite in the main farmhouse goes by the name of the Pull Suite, a nod to Victoria's maiden name.
Each of our suites boasts distinctive décor and sizes, ranging from the Besley Suite at 41 sq. m (441 sq. ft) to the Pull Suite at 44 sq. m (473 sq. ft), and the Wallis Suite at 53 sq. m (570 sq. ft). Each of them possesses delightful quirks that we believe you'll find enchanting!
All three suites are south-facing, with the two first-floor suites, Pull and Wallis, affording splendid views of the rear gardens and the tranquil pasture beyond. The ground-floor Besley Suite provides direct access to the verandah and garden. Guests staying in any of our suites enjoy access to a private grassy garden furnished with sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating.
In each suite, we provide a delectable assortment of high-quality breakfast Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk items, allowing you to savour a leisurely morning meal in the seclusion of your own space. You'll find a KitchenAid Kettle and Toaster, along with a Nespresso Coffee Machine stocked with a selection of coffee pods for a delightful treat. Everything else you need is thoughtfully arranged in a well-stocked sideboard, even including wine glasses and a private fridge/freezer for your convenience.
For an additional £10 per adult (£7.50 for a child portion), we offer a Full English Breakfast. We use only the finest fresh ingredients, masterfully prepared in our Aga stove and presented with the utmost comfort and privacy of your suite.
To maintain a high level of service, we provide daily room refreshes and upon advance booking, you can indulge in our delectable homemade scones, along with homemade jam and clotted cream as an optional extra.
